- All deliveries are made through our network of highly reputed courier services.
- Our representatives will get in touch with you if there is any problem in the timely delivery of your item or if your region is not under the service area of any courier service.
- At present we are delivering all over India. We cover mostly all Pin Codes on India.
- As for now Cash on Delivery facility is not available. Minimum Shipping charge will be taken for product delivery.

- If you reside in Uttar Pradesh, then the goods should reach you in up to 36 hours. For all other parts of the country, we will be able to deliver goods in 5-7 working days. Our representative will get in touch with you if there may be any kind of delay in delivering the items. This condition depends on the Courier Company Service Policy.
- You can track your order by calling us on our customer care number and quote your order number. Alternatively, you could write us an email on spiralwala@gmail.com.
- When we deliverer your order, we will share the Courier Name and Tracking ID with you.
- If you notice that parcel is damaged you could directly call us at Mobile No. mentioned on our website. Send us an email to spiralwala@gmail.com. We will assist you in further process. You can also refuse to accept the damaged parcel/Courier of any Courier Company at time of delivery (If parcel/courier looks damaged)
