Payment-
Payments are taken through the payment gateway at our website and all Payments are highly secured.
In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind that Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. There are no hidden charges on our products. We only charge product rates along with minimum shipping charges.
Cancellation of Orders-
You could cancel the order if it is not initiated from our side. You have to immediately call us to cancel the order within 12 hours. We will initiate a refund as per our policy.
If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.
Bulk and Customized Order-
We are happy to take the Bulk Order. In the case of Bulk orders, prices are negotiable.
